Extracurricular Activities: When I’m not at the Cake, you will mostly find me either on the trails (hiking, running, or snowshoeing) or in the kitchen, whipping up something wonderful with local fruit or produce. Making marmalade is a new favorite.
Major Award: When I was seven years old, I won Grand Prize in a City-wide Art Contest. I drew Big Bird holding a pumpkin, and I won a pumpkin-shaped piñata which was too precious to ever use. It eventually fell apart.
Favorite Cake: Our signature recipe, of course: orange-carrot cake!
