Denver PR Firm Retained for National Women’s Racquetball PR
Layer Cake Creative, a boutique PR, marketing, and design firm in Denver, CO, has recently been retained by the Women’s Professional Racquetball Organization to promote and publicize their Pro Tour Stops nationwide. Layer Cake initially worked with the WPRO and their new commissioner Gigi Rock during their first Pro Tour stop in Denver last March at the Denver Athletic Club, helping bring the organization and tournament to the attention of Coloradoans through T.V. and radio interviews of their #1 and #2 players, Paola Longoria and Rhonda Rajsich.

About the Women’s Professional Racquetball Organization
The Women’s Professional Racquetball Organization (WPRO) is the governing body for the highest-level professional female racquetball players in the world. It is currently comprised of elite athletes representing over a dozen countries including the United States, Mexico, Chile, Canada, Puerto Rico, Japan, Dominican Republic and Venezuela.
About the WPRO Tour
The WPRO Tour represents the top female athletes in the sport of racquetball. Players include members of the U.S. Racquetball Team (who represent the U.S. in International and Pan American competitions), collegiate & junior national champions, national team players from Canada, Chile, Colombia, Japan, Mexico & other aspiring athletes from around the world. WPRO members earn ranking points by competing in sanctioned tour events which, combined with the prize money purse and special bonuses, provide great incentives for local amateurs to participate.
